The Downtown Raleigh Home Show returns to the Raleigh Convention Center February 25-27 as Triangle residents revamp and refresh homes to fit new work-from-home and vacation-at-home lifestyles.

With so much to do and see when you visit the show, we’ve put together our top 5 tips to plan your day:

  1. But First, Save on Tix. The first step is to grab your show tickets advance and save $3 off box office admission. Or, if you want to save even more off admission AND beat the crowds, check out our new $5 After 5 admission on Friday, February 25. On Friday only, all tickets are just $5 after 5 p.m. Seniors aged 60 and up are celebrated on Friday, February 25, with special discounted $6 admission at the Box Office with valid ID.

  2. Come See Carmeon. The show’s special guest appearances include Carmeon Hamilton, best-known as winner of HGTV’s Design Star: Next Gen and star of HGTV’s Reno My Rental. Want to get expert advice on how to be the best plant parent? Looking to take your DIY design to the next level? Carmeon will share her best tips and tricks with show audiences at the show.

  3. Shop, Compare, Save. Bring your notes, your questions, your inspo photos and more to show because you’ll have the unique opportunity to talk with local experts directly.   4. Celebrate Local Heroes. To recognize the efforts of local frontline heroes, the show celebrates Hero Day on Friday, February 25 – all active military personnel, veterans, EMTs, nurses, healthcare workers, firefighters, police and medical personnel receive complimentary admission with valid ID (offer only with ID, and only on Friday). Sunday, February 27 is Teacher’s Day. All educators receive complimentary admission at Box Office with valid work ID.
